Location, location, location! Indianapolis fun awaits you in our 2,542 sq ft home, newly built in 2015. Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 baths, beds with super comfortable mattresses, two living areas (the upstairs living area has an additional TV and foosball table), and more- this is the ideal space for you and your group. Our kitchen is fully equipped for making home-cooked meals, and our large comfortable sectional couch in the living room offers plenty of seating between the open concept living/dining/kitchen areas. There is also a desk nook downstairs off the hallway that is the perfect place to set up your laptop should you need to get work done during your stay.
Enjoy patio furniture on our front porch, perfect for reading a book with your cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding after a fun day of exploring the city! We are located in the wonderful Fountain Square neighborhood, convenient to many restaurants and activities.
Please be aware that there is currently construction in the vacant lot near the house. We apologize for any noise inconvenience. Rates have been reduced to reflect this, so no refunds for noise will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

There are also many local shops that sell vinyl and comics, bakeries, bookstores, and more.
** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge your sec deposit, plus any additional cost needed based on the cost of the damage done.
-Pets are welcome for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional. Please note:
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
