Come and relax at this wonderful quiet and private home close to Homosassa Springs. Situated on a canal connected to the Homosassa river, this property is a 10 minute boat ride to the springs. 6 kayaks with life jackets and fishing poles are provided. The salt water pool can be heated for $35 per day during winter months if desired. There are 3 waterfront restaurants and the Homosassa Wildlife park less than a mile away. Pet fee$100.
The main bedroom has a bathroom en suite and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the family/kids bedroom. The family/kids bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over double bunk bed.
The living room is spacious and has a wood fire place for the colder winter days. The kitchen is well equipped to cook family meals and there is a dinning room table in the kitchen.
There is a beautiful large screened in porch where you can relax with your morning coffee or enjoy your meals at the dinning table on the porch.
In the boat house there is a ping-pong table and various other games. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.
Guest have access to the whole house and boat house. Closets in the main bedroom en suite are locked for owners used. The garage is not for vehicle parking and kids bikes and toys in the garage are not for guests use.
If you want the pool heated there is a 35$ day fee that will be added to your booking. Prepayment is required to give you access. Do not touch any of the equipment. Pool services comes on a weekly basis
A pet fee of $100 per stay is applicable for TWO dogs only and NO cats! If you do not declare your pet you will be fined.
