Relax at the association beach, kayak to Washburn Island, use the private clubhouse heated swimming pool, tennis court, restaurant & bar (in season), or explore all of the activities that the Falmouth area and Cape Cod have to offer. For shopping the property is located halfway between Mashpee Commons and Falmouth Center (4 miles either way).
The home is a ranch style with a cathedral ceiling over the open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, gas fireplace and central A/C. It is outfitted with a fully equipped kitchen, propane gas grill, outdoor shower, bath towels and bedding. The home also has multiple portable office desks, chairs, WiFi printer and automated whole house standby generator.
The living space opens through two sliders to a large deck with great water views and a gas fire pit.
Bedding and bath towels included; beach towels can be provided upon request at booking.

There are three outside security cameras: one covering the driveway from front corner of the house, one covering the dock from the back roof line and one covering the far side of the house from the roof line. There is mounting for a fourth under the deck that is removed while guests are there.
