The fully stocked kitchen includes appliances including a digital air fryer. Home is direct canal front with private pier! Nice, large, enclosed porch and open decks on canal! Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, 2nd room has one queen, 3rd has a set of bunks and a full-size bed so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. Close to restaurants, shopping. Community has 2 swimming pools and tennis courts. Please note the boat lift pictured is not available for guest use.
Linens are not included in this unit, but rental options are available. Linens can be rented for $162. A linen rental includes sheets for all beds, pillowcases, hand towels for each bathroom, and a bath towel for each occupant. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
