Condo is a 3 bedroom lockoff which means it consists of a larger 2br deluxe with 2 baths next to a smaller 1br suite with a single bath. In addition, each side of the combined condos has living and kitchen areas which on the smaller suite is a mini kitchen. All of these features are larger on the deluxe side.

Kingsgate resort charges a $10 per day per condo (not per person) amenities fee. This covers all resort amenities. You will pay this fee when you check in.
