Positive: Staying here was amazing. The room is clean and just like advertised. The best thing about the hotel has to be how helpful Carol (one of the ladies who runs the hotel) is. She speaks great English and she helped us a great deal with booking drivers, organising our days in the park and finding alternatives in case of bad weather. She gave us great tips about lesser known parts of the park which aren’t even on most maps, which turned out to be the best views that we had. We got unlucky and the park was unexpectedly closed for 2 days during our stay and she drove us to the ticket office and even negotiated us a refund. The hotel is a lovely family run business and the food that we could order for breakfast and dinner was delicious. There were sockets that we could plug our european chargers into which was also a plus. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here because of the great hospitality and easy access to the park.
