Designed over several levels to best capture the spectacular
views, Ziggy s is a 4-bedroom home with 3.5 bathrooms.
The main level of the house is spacious and airy with a large living area, kitchen, dining area and undercover deck with outdoor lounge. There s plenty of room to stretch out on the enormous linen modular sofa. You'll be impressed by the gorgeous yellow surf board mounted as a work of art above the sliding doors to the deck.
Up a set of timber stairs, you ll find the main bedroom with a
queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom on the top level has a king bed and ensuite.
The lower level of the house is where you will find bedroom 3,
which has a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a foldout double sofa, perfect for a teenager, or 2 small children.The lower level also has a family bathroom with bathtub, and laundry plus access to the back yard which has a fire-pit, sauna and ice bath.
At night or on cooler days, enjoy sitting around the fire pit,
listening to the crackle of the fire with the sound of the ocean in the background. Marvel at whales jumping and splashing during whale watching season. Ziggy s is within walking distance to the beach, and if you need a coffee fix or feel like having dinner out, Ziggy s is also within walking distance to popular cafes, bars and shops.
To keep you comfortable all year round, the main bedroom, living area and downstairs fourth bedroom have air conditioning. Plus all bedrooms have fans.
Ziggy s is located just 20 minutes north of Coffs Harbour in the town of Woolgoolga. With beautiful beaches, magnificent rainforest and a famous curry festival, Woolgoolga on the Coffs Coast is perfect for a beach holiday, bushwalking and a spicy adventure. Try one of the popular cafes or head to The SunsetRoom for a cocktail or two and dinner out.
Swimming, snorkelling, surfing and kayaking are all popular, and the ruggedly beautiful headland is great for whale watching. Woolgoolga Beach, known to locals as Woopi, curves to the Woolgoolga Headland, in the gorgeous Coffs Coast Regional Park. With spectacular views, the headland is one of the best vantage points in the region for spotting whales during the annual migration between May and November.
At the southern end, you ll find a beachside reserve that hosts the Blues and Berries music and food festival in November. At the northern end is the colonial shipwreck the Buster, which ran aground in 1893.
Woolgoolga is an easy 20-minute drive north of Coffs Harbour and a six-hour drive from Sydney. Bus services run regularly between Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga. Direct flights operate from Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane to Coffs Harbour Airport and you can also catch the train from Sydney.
