The house is a 2-family duplex and you will be staying in one side. We are in a urban area that is being revitalized and is a half mile from Niagara Falls. The city is a typical rust belt city that has seen better days but is slowly on the rebound. It is an urban environment that is socio and economically mixed. The house was built in 1910 - it is not new and shiny - it has old house quirks.
