The holiday apartment A3 is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in a new house with a wonderful sea view. The beach is just ten metres away. Enjoy the microclimate of the north-west of Istria and swim in the clear and clean Adriatic Sea.
The both terraces are perfectly positioned, with a breathtaking 180° view of the sea. There is an upper terrace of 40m² that you reach with the round stairs, where you can find four sun loungers. On smaller terrace on the first floor you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a candlelight dinner in the evening. There is also a private parking place which you can use and it is protected by a video surveillance system.
This apartment is modern and fully furnished. It is on the first floor and receives ample daylight. It has three rooms. Two bedrooms are with a double bed and one with a single bed of 120x200cm. There is also a sofa bed for children or teenagers in the living room. There is a fully-equipped, open kitchen with a living and dining area, with a dining table and chairs. Here there is also a TV with satellite reception and wireless Internet access is available. The two bathrooms have a shower and WC and there is also an outdoor shower. A hairdryer and an iron are provided.
The beach is right on the doorstep and you can go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There is a restaurant within 500 metres and the nearest locality is about 5km away. We have our buoy in the gulf in front of the house for your motorboat.
