- Open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) with access to terrace.
- 1 master suite with double bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and washbasin.
- 1 separate WC
- Outside lean-to attached to the house for storing equipment (surf, bikes, etc.)
1st floor:
- 1 bedroom with a single 90cm bed and a cot, with private shower room, WC, towel dryer and shower.
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160cm), wardrobe, sea view
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm), dressing room, desk, sea view
- Shower room with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Outside area :
- Terraces and landscaped garden.
