Come and discover this spacious and ecological gîte at the gates of Brittany, in the charming rural town of Peillac. Located about an hour's drive from Nantes, Rennes and 45 minutes from Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, the cottage is also near the Nantes-Brest canal, 10 minutes from Redon, La Gacilly, and Rochefort en Terre. From the gîte, several bicycle and hiking trails await you to discover atypical and remarkable natural landscapes. The owners, very attached to sustainable development, wanted to limit the impact of the cottage on the environment: solar panels, water collectors, low-consumption appliances and natural materials. Successful bet ! Here you will appreciate the friendly atmosphere of the cottage, its light, its volumes and its comfort!
The lodging, labeled "European Ecolabel", offers you:
- On the ground floor: a large living room with kitchen, living room, living room (bluetooth / USB sound bar), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 5 single beds), a utility room, a toilet with washing machine -hands and a laundry room.
- Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms each with 4 single beds, one accessible from the gite, the other accessible from the outside and the other bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with separate private wc, except the bedroom for 3 people (with disabled access) for which the wc is located in the bathroom.
Outside: an equipped gravelled terrace, a 700m² garden with a henhouse and vegetable plots, a bicycle room, a laundry room and a parking lot. On request and at an additional cost: massages provided by the owner (wellness area in a chalet in the garden).
As the gîte is located in a quiet area, there are no gatherings which could generate noise after 10:30 p.m.
