The Space:
Floor 1 and 2: Very large living room with lounge, sofa bed and fireplace, large dining table for at least 6 people, flat screen TV, gallery and magnificent view of the Vierwaltstättersee. Modern, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, steamer, oven, refrigerator.
2 large terraces (including outdoor kitchen) directly accessible from kitchen and living room. A terrace is covered, has a lounge with table for 6 people.
A beautiful bedroom with double bed, flatscreen TV, own large terrace with sea view, fitted wardrobes and adjacent bathroom with whirlpool, shower, double toilet.
Further cozy attic bedroom with double boxspring bed and roof window.
Other double air beds are available as required.
Separate guest WC as well as storage room with washing machine and dryer.
Ground floor: On the ground floor is an apartment with separate entrance. However, an interior staircase also leads to the upper two floors of the house. It has a bedroom with double boxspring bed, flat screen TV, fitted wardrobe and a direct access to a very large terrace with outdoor fireplace.

Accessible to all, on the ground floor is a beautiful sauna with a diving pool.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE POOL:
The pool is only available upon request. It’s the private family pool of the owners.
They let the guests use the pool if and when they are not around. Every guest had the chance to use it at least once during their stay.
But you need to know that it’s not yours to use in general.
Guest Access:
Only 20 meters from the entrance is access to a unique infinity pool with a unique view of Lake Lucerne. The pool belongs to the Villa of the host and is however on request at certain times for the guests available. The infinity pool is 18 m long and has integrated massage jets and a jacuzzi. Directly by the pool is a view vault, which can also be used by arrangement.
Other Things to Note:
A baby cot can be provided. We have a big, very nice Bernersennenhund at the villa, it is our alarm system).
In Vitznau you can go hiking, paragliding, diving, biking, swimming, gourmet restaurant (2 * Michelin), museum, Rigi railways, waterfalls and much more.
Mediation e-bike, motorcycle Kawasaki ZZR, boat trip with Riva boat on the Vierwaldstättersee and Heli round-trip on request at reduced prices.
