This unique home boasts one of the most enviable locations in Rockport, perched at the water's edge with a view of the charming fishing shack known as "the most-often painted building in America." You can walk to just about everything in town, including Front Beach, Bearskin Neck, and great restaurants, shops, and entertainment (all within half a mile). The train station, which connects you to Boston and other areas of the North Shore, is just three-quarters of a mile west.
There's no better spot to take in the setting than the spacious waterfront deck. Sip your first cup of coffee at sunrise, soak up the afternoon sunshine as boats come and go from the harbor, and spend long summer nights sipping wine and playing board games at sunset.
The interior is inviting and comfortable, full of natural wood details and windows that open to the harbor. The open living area brings together an oceanfront sitting room, a living and dining area, and a kitchenette with all of the essentials.
