Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The caretaker, Ate Lalaine was already at the villa when we arrived. We were supposed to arrive earlier but our companions got detoured somewhere and we had to have lunch outside the residences. Just the same, we were oriented fully about the amenities and the house rules. The host even had a welcoming snack. The private pool and jacuzzi were great. The kids got to swim as long as they want to. No rain and wind can stop our grandkids from taking a dip in the pool and going to the beach. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms as well, especially the master's bedroom. The terrace on the second floor and on the roof deck were also great. The clubhouse was about a 2-minute walk, the beach front is about a 5-minute walk. An overnight stay is not enough. We would have loved to stay longer but we had appointments set already. Thank you soooooo much!!!
Negative: Perhaps the filtering system could be improved. I understand that the water in the area is classified as hard water since it is alongside the beach. I saw several cigarette butts on the roof deck and the drainage was actually clogged and I had to remove the dirt that was clogging the drain to let the water from the heavy downpour during the early morning flow freely into the drain. Other than that, the place is really great.
Summary: We had a great time. Highly recommended.
