Great sea view - large south-facing terraces - The house is located in the first row to the sea without further, the view blocking houses or streets. A staircase leads directly from the property down to the sea. The hillside holiday home is well maintained and surrounded by Mediterranean flora. The sun protection is e.g. ensured by plant roofing.
The 4 apartments of the house are distributed on the ground floor with the apartment 1, on the 1st floor with the apartments A2 and A3 and the 2nd floor with the apartment 4. The access to the house is due to the hillside in the 1st floor, so that you have to go down to the ground.
