The property has been completely refurbished in 2019 and consists of a spacious and comfortable living and dining area with flat screen "IT" TV (all channels), a fully equipped brand new kitchen with all appliances, five double bedrooms and five bathrooms en-suite. Two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms are situated on the ground floor and the other three bedrooms, each with their en-suite bathroom, are located on the first floor and can be reached through a separate entrance. Large sliding doors lead from the living room and the kitchen to the terrace and pool area. The terrace features a large table with chairs and a Weber barbecue to enjoy delicious grilled meals "al fresco". Also here is a comfortable lounge area with umbrella, overlooking the pool. The pool is fantasy shaped and equipped with 10 comfortable sun loungers. It has a fountain which provides a soothing relaxing sound of flowing water. The garden has a green lawn with palm trees and lush vegetation that provides a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere.
