The house has central air; the cottage has window air conditioning. New gas grill, beautiful new pool and "cool to touch" stone deck for private sunning. Wooded lots on three sides, with 6 foot fence around the entire back yard. Bocci Court, Ping Pong table and inside games for rainy days and quiet evenings. Large screen TVs with access to your Netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts - TV in the den has most cable channels. Kitchen stocked with plates, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, etc. Bath and pool towels, sheets, etc. all provided. Perfect for family or three couples. Three minute walk to private beach in one direction. Five minute walk to a full service marina in the other direction. 90 minutes from Manhattan, but a world away from the hustle and bustle.
