Summary: I was a little nervous about staying at this location due to lack of reviews and information on the site; however, it was a very pleasant experience. It was also very clean. First, we stayed on the 2nd floor. As most places in Portugal, the ground floor is zero and one flight up is 1st floor. There is an elevator for luggage, which for my heavy packer family, was most appreciated. The door has a code on it, and was emailed to me prior to my arrival, which was also very easy. Second, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans if you want to cook. We cooked breakfast every morning and there is a small market just across the street and a larger grocery/mart not to far away. Remember to bring some bags or you can purchase some at the store. Third, we used the washer a lot during our stay and it was very nice to have one in the apartment. I did ask for extra towels and we had 2 towels a piece and a floor mat, no wash cloths (but that is common for Europe). I could have used instructions for the washer and never figured out how to start the dryer cycle in the all-in-one but there was a rack provided. I would definitely stay in this place again and have stayed in several apartments in Europe, and would consider this to be one of the best! Neighborhood was wonderful and safe! Unit was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. I can not say enough positive things about this place and will stay again if we travel to Lisbon. Thank you for a great place!
