Positive: Great living spaces and location - short walk to Cylinder Beach and shops across the road. Bus stop right outside.

Negative: needs a proper clean. dirty dishes in cupboard. wooden bread board covered in mould, threw it out. blind in bottom bedroom broken. checkout at 9am is unreasonable. 10 or 11am is expected for a ferry dependent location.
