Please note ONLY standard sedans are permitted. The spot may or may not be available during your stay. The West New York Parking Utility offers overnight parking passes for non-permit holders that desire to park in our Municipal parking lots at a rate of $5.00 per night. Passes can be purchased at the machines located at all municipal parking lots starting at 9:01pm and it will cover parking until 9:00am.
Prohibited Activities: Guests are strictly prohibited from parking in non-designated areas, blocking driveways, or obstructing traffic.
Liability: The property owner shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or personal belongings that may occur while parked on the rental property.
