Located just 60 minutes from Chicago and 50 minutes from South Bend, this home is perfect for summer vacations, weekend winery tours, and Notre Dame sports weekends. A giant back yard separates you from Lake Michigan's beautiful Sheridan Beach! Relax on the large back deck,enjoy yard games in the back yard, or sit around the fire pit on the stone patio. No street for 90 feet, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen, plus a living and dining area. Wifi and cable are included as well as a DVD player and Amazon fire stick . Front porch, deck with sitting and dining area, and hardscape stone annex with fire pit and gas grill make for easy entertaining. A huge back yard with outdoor shower offer plenty of green space, and the beach is a just a walk over the dune! Three bedrooms, two queen beds, and 4 twin/ bunk beds. The second floor is a large space and can accommodate an air mattress for additional sleep space (crib available). There are two full baths, one on the first and one on the second floor. Gas grill, beach toys, beach chairs, and numerous board games are all available for use. Linens and towels included.
