The upstairs is a separately occupied apartment, and the front half of the first floor is an office space utilized by the owner during some days.
Please note: the thermostat for this apartment is located in the owner's office. Guest temperature adjustment requests can usually be accommodated within a day, but guests will not be able to directly adjust. Thanks!
