Nicely furnished with cathedral living room ceiling, washer/dryer, air conditioning and enclosed porch to sit to enjoy the wonderful cape nights. Bright, cheery interior and wonderful location; easy, breezy vacation getaway.
Linens, towels, and beach chairs are included.

Summary: My family stayed for a week. The house was spotless up on arrival, one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! It was the perfect size for our family, the location was wonderful and the neighbors renting were so kind. We had everything we needed. One downside was the family staying in the big house kept throwing their dog poop all around the garbage can, which was not pleasant to navigate around when taking out the garbage and yucky to look at. We have a dog at home so I think a simple reminder to throw into the can and not AT the trash would be nice. Another downside, the septic was pumped unexpectedly while we were there and it was pretty smelly while that was happening. I would have appreciated more than a morning of notice that this was happening. If we weren't there then the house would have had to be accessed without us being there and possibly knowing. Again, come from a background with septic in a house so unless this was an emergency, I feel communication could have been better. Overall, great experience and have already recommended this listing! We would stay again because the 2 issues were overall minor.
