Positive: This place is amazing! Both the location and the house are great. The location is just in the middle in between the sea and the center of the city. There are 3 restaurants just next to the house, so you have options for dinner or lunch without too much effort. The house was amazing! It is a well preserved old house that combines both the old style, and the amenities that any modern house should have to make your stay pleasant.

Negative: I am sad that I have to mention this, but even though the house comes with so many great features, there are a few aspects that made our experience a little bit pleasant. Be aware that the location has a hot water schedule. In my opinion, this is a big issue for a place that is offered as accommodation since the guest should never bother with these details. It is the problem of the owner to offer all the standard services, including having hot running water. This is also a detail that is not specified in the details of the booking! You only find out about it with an automated message that is sent to you on the day of arrival... To sum it up, during week days, the boiler works only during the night, and in the weekends constantly. So if you take a bath and it's week day then you won't be having hot water till the next day 😅. And of you do that during weekend, you have to wait for quite a while because the boiler doesn't have a big capacity anyways. That was the lowlight of the stay... If you're the type of person that likes to have everything in place before your trip and also feel safe that you can contact the owner in case help is needed, then this isn't the place for you... I really hope that this will improve in time and that the owner will understand the importance of this, but we tried to contact them a few times with no success 😔. Everything is prepared so that they send information and more details before and during your stay, with automated messages, but they were not available for calls or messages on Whatsapp or Booking.
