In front of the house there is a swimming pool, a well-kept garden with a barbecue and a children's play area. The attic is not used.
The town of Makarska with its marvellous pebble beaches can be reached in less than an hour by car. The town of Imotski is popular with hikers and cyclists, who can explore the surrounding area on hiking trails and swim in the Blue Lake
