Our house has sleeping arrangements for 4 adults and two children or 6 adults only.
Beautifully just built house with frontage on Stony Clove Creek, two and a half miles from Phoenicia, NY in the heart of Catskill mountains. Near Hunter, Windham and Belleayre mountains. Great restaurants nearby. 30 Minutes from Kingston, NY.
The creek is good for swimming, fishing and picnicking. The house has a large open deck facing the creek. Mountain and creek views from all the windows!!

Summary: We loved the home and location, was a bit disappointed that a washer and dryer were not available but upon reading the house information again I realized that a washer and dryer were not listed so that’s my fault. The house is about 1 1/2 hours from the Bethel Museum that covers the Woodstock music festival. The museum is awesome. The scenery is beautiful and lots of hiking trails. Unfortunately for us it rained the entire trip.
