Positive: Location on hwy 30A, right on beach, pool, not crowded on beach, gold cart & bikes, plenty of room, lots of TVs

Negative: Kirchen needs more pots & pans, some areas not clean, outside side area was s mess of floats, buckets, etc. small pool.

Summary: Our family of 10 had a very enjoyable stay. Comfortable and lots of room.
