The living room has a Flat Panel HDTV, cozy couches and plenty of books to read. There are two spacious bedrooms on this floor one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The first floor has one extra large full bathroom with a bathtub, plus a half bath. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Second floor has an entertainment room with a pull out sectional couch, Flat Panel HDTV, a wet bar with seating area and an air hockey table. The wet bar has a refrigerator, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There is a closet full of board games. There are 3 spacious carpeted bedrooms on this floor; one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom.
The large back yard has two patio tables that seat 10, a barbecue and a fire pit with Adirondack seating.
The two car garage is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a great heavy duty cart to carry everything to the beach. There are four adult bikes and one youth bike as well as two kayaks with paddles and 4 life jackets available for guest use.
