The exteriors of this wonderful house are prepared to offer you the peace and quiet you deserve. On the ground floor terrace you will find a dining area where you can enjoy tasty meals with your companions. On the top floor there is also another terrace. Being in a residential area, privacy is partial as the property has direct neighbours.
The house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and AC, open to the gas kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is also a bedroom with double bed and AC. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. As you go upstairs you will see 3 more bedrooms equipped with AC. Two of them have a double bed and have direct access to a small balcony. The third bedroom has a single bed and a study or work area. A bathroom with bathtub is at your disposal on the same floor. On the third floor there is another terrace with a view of the mountains and if the day is clear you can also see the sea. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
Sa Ràpita is a perfect place for whom are looking to disconnect at a peacefull area. Is well known due to the gorgeous sandy crystalized water beaches, like Es Trenc, a natural protected paradise. A this beach you will find some bars just at the seaside, where sometimes people play live music and makes it an authentic majorcan summer afternoon experience. At the village, there are services like a grocery store, some coffee shops and typical restaurants. Visit Colonia de Sant Jordi village, a typical fishing area where having a tasty dinner with a majorcan wine will be a pleasure.
