Summary: Perfect location in Leeman. Across from the country club - awesome parmy - and servo - great coffee. A short walk to the dog beach, lookout and fish n chip shop. Fab, enclosed back yard for our little doggos. Reverse cycle heater was just the ticket on the colder evenings.
