We have a 50 acre property, the farm house is completely separate to the main house, you will have your own space but we are close by if needed. We breed alpacas and currently have approx 20 on our property, we also have sheep and a small dog. You are welcome to walk around our property and visit the alpacas, they are very friendly and will come to the gate to say hello. You have a lovely deck overlooking the paddocks and can sit out there with a glass of wine and watch the alpacas.

Summary: Nice friendly hosts, but the things we felt disgruntled about were: #1 the Alpaca's weren't at the door as desired, a 'few' could be patted through a fence if lucky. #2 we had to get our own sugar, we assumed the complimentary things like sugar would have been checked, also not thrilled about stuff like coffee being in a jar like at home, not all people have the same hygiene standards. #3 I'm sure we'd seen somewhere that breakfast provisions were in place, the selections seen appeared to have been left behind by previous guests, not the hosts.
