The two-storey holiday home with gallery has a living room, an open-plan kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the gallery. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven,Bialetti coffee machine. There is a fridge with freezer in the basement. The cosy living room has a fireplace and TV. In front of the house there is a large area with a fully equipped seating area for eating and barbecuing with wood or gas and under the house there is a terrace with a lounge for relaxing.

The house has running water and electricity. The water comes directly from the house's own mountain and should be used sensibly.
Arosa is 34 km away and the oldest town in Switzerland, Chur, is only 20 minutes away by car.
