Fantastic bright and airy semi-detached house with great sea views, completely renovated to a very high standard in 2009 and situated in a quiet residential area only 2km from Sa Tuna beach. There are four bedrooms, the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room. A full bathroom, further shower room, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room with direct access to the main terrace and swimming pool. Two bedrooms can be opened up to provide a large double bedroom and living area,which is the current configuration shown in the photographs. Fully air conditioned and windows/doors double glazed with powder coated aluminium frames. Below the main terrace is a large covered area which could be converted to provide further accommodation.
