Positive: The staff is always friendly, helpful and responsive. We particularly like the unique historic character of the former department store building. Other conveniences include EV charging in the parking lot, and several favorite breakfast and supper options within walking distance.

Summary: We visit this hotel a few times per year, and it will continue to be our first choice in the future.
