The living room is equipped with a large leather corner sofa with 2 large windows overlooking a superb view of the sea and Milliau Island in Trébeurden then on the classified site of Dourven in Locquémeau. The open kitchen has the same view and gives access to the south-facing terrace. The bathroom with a walk-in shower also offers you this magnificent view.
The upper floor is made up of 3 bedrooms. 2 sea view rooms with double bed and a garden view room with double bed.
The garden is very pleasant. You can let your children play in peace because the garden is closed. From the terrace where you will lounge you can see your children playing on the swing.
