In the Napa Hut there is room for 15 person to enjoy a meal right from the grill area, 5 meters away. In the pool house, there is a cr and a shower for incoming guests, and there are 5 coconut trees and other different nice plants. In the main house, there are 3 big bedrooms , and 2 bedrooms in the maids house.. Both of the bedroom in the maids house have an A/C . This property is situated in a quiet area of Lapu lapu City.You have the local market within walking distance (15 minutes), and if you want to go to the Gaisano Mall ,you can take a tricycle trip of 5-10 minutes. We can also provide a person taking care of the daily cleaning,dishwashing and more for an additional fee depending of the number of guests The cleaning fee is ment for the total cleaning after the guests have left after rental periode is over. Its a quiet place with a Finnish and a Japanese neighbor and lots of fresh airRight outside the compound you can catch a ride with a tricycle if you want to go to Gaisano Mall or just to the local market. There are 2 beach resorts in an area of 20-25 minutes walk, where you can enjoy good food and nice beaches with crystal clear water. We also arrange island hopping and other various water activities like jetski,parasailing etc. 7 minutes with a tricyckle can take you to Plantation Bay Spa and Resort with lots of activities for all the family.
