A gem in one of the most lovely, private areas of the Hamptons, tucked between Southampton and Bridgehampton, south of the highway off Mecox Road and a five minute drive to a clean ocean beach. Our West Mecox neighborhood is essentially a highly private, quiet and children- friendly cul de sac in the middle of all the Hamptons happenings.
The house is superbly designed for entertaining with total outdoor and indoor entertainment systems, extensive landscape lighting and total privacy. We maintain it as a country house for ourselves and our family with children. The house is fully-air-conditioned although and we also have great breezes that sweep up from Mecox Bay. Our home is extremely child friendly as we have many bikes, toys, games and books. The buxd sits on a large semicircular double lot that looks onto Mecox Bay, with a private dock. Specimen trees and shrubs surround the perimeter of our house which gives us complete privacy from the street. Our front yard is huge and is used for a playing field. Our back yard is completely fenced in with a heated pool, pool house with bathroom, outdoor shower, gazebo, pergola with a swing, and Koi fish pond. The gardens around the pool are fabulously landscaped and have been on garden tours. We have beautiful outdoor furniture including chaise lounges, tables and chairs and eating space in the gazebo. There are four bedrooms, plus two rooms that can be converted into bedrooms and four full bathrooms and a steam shower. Two large living rooms with one upstairs overlooking the bay and one that leads out to the gardens. We have several outdoor eating areas including a terrace overlooking the water. There is a sunroom, library, kitchen with top appliances, three refrigerators, two dishwashers, disposal, indoor a outdoor gas grill, and full dining room for 12 people. We have wifi, internet, several televisions with cable, and a modern SONOS system.

We are one mile from the Hampton Horse show. . The closest shopping area is Bridgehampton which has a King Kullen, a Citarella, Round Swamp Farms, beautiful art galleries and boutiques. \s. It is a gorgeous area in one of the most desirable and exclusive sections of the Hamptons- 10 minutes from Southampton, 5 minutes from Bridgehampton, 15 minutes from Sag Harbor and East Hampton. We have bikes which you can use., . We are situated in front of a migratory bird path so we see incredible wildlife from our upstairs livingroom.
