Summary: The house was freshly renovated and in excellent condition. The facilities were very good: open air courtyard with barbecue, the garden, billiards, TV, 2 kitchens etc. The bathrooms were very good! The location in Josselin is excellent, close to the centre, right next to a fantastic bakery. The rooms are individually and beautifully decorated. The wifi did not reach the upper rooms. The key (only one, could be too limited for larger groups) was very stiff. In the kitchen a bigger pot could be helpful. A proper bread knife should now be found ;-) At the back of the ground floor the house is quite damp, there is a noticeable odour. You should know that there are practically no groceries in the city centre and you have to drive to the outskirts by car. There are large supermarkets. Large free car parks are around the corner and there, by the way, also rubbish bins in the right-hand corner (we did a bit of searching).
