Simmos Ice creamery, with mini golf & children's play area is 2 km down the hill.
Dunsborough, only a short drive away, provides cafes, shops or a walk along the foreshore of Geographe Bay.
Yallingup, equally close, has great swimming, surfing, snorkeling and fishing spots. This area is renown for its award winning wineries & restaurants, art galleries, spectacular beaches & caves, which are all close by.

Bedroom 3 is upstairs - Queen bed, ceiling fan and electric blanket, double doors opening onto Balcony.
Bedroom 4 is upstairs - double and single bed.
Bed linen and bath towels supplied with beds made for your arrival.
Lounge area - Downstairs - smart TV, Netflix, reverse cycle split system air conditioning and an enclosed wood fire (some wood supplied).

The Kitchen - is fully equipped and well appointed with quality items. Bosch double wall oven, gas hotplates, large fridge, Bosch dishwasher, automatic coffee machine. It adjoins the 8 seat dining and lounge area.
The Laundry - front loading washing machine, clothes dryer, trough and broom cupboard with Dyson vacuum stick, ironing board and iron.
Bathroom Upstairs - a shower with a separate bath. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet.
Fenced 5 acre property, with a stunning group of old growth trees, and an area of reticulated lawn and garden surrounding the house.
Lovely quiet areas on both upstairs balcony & downstairs verandah to relax.
Downstairs outside eating area has a dining table and director chairs with BBQ.
Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, some pantry items are provided.
