This is quite a new Loft Apartment Community. Most are youths living there. there is a lot of green around it. nice view and easy to take the subway in 15 mins walk. Although the Train transportation center is very close to the Community, Insulation is quite good for using double glass for windows. you barely hear any Noise when closing up the window. not only has a nice appearance but also uses smart amenities to control mostly Electrical appliances like air conditioning, water filter, lights, washer&dryer. and more for small detail on amenities such as Equipped Household Kitchen Tableware Disinfection Cupboard, induction cooker, and a small refrigerator. anyway, this is a very new and pretty cozy LOFT apartment.
