Complete renovation, brand new flooring, windows, cabinetry, appliances, granite countertops, ensuite bathroom, laundry room. New queen sofa sleeper. Pet friendly and close to everything! The entire property compound has two other units (a 1 bed/1 bath upper unit and a 2 bed/2 bath in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house currently under renovations that will be completed by July 2022. Guests have full access to the private 2 bedroom Cottage Apt. including a large backyard. Note - there is a separate one bedroom unit above with its own entrance and another stand alone Carriage House/building on the same property. The deck is private to this unit but the yard is shared with the 1 bed upper unit.
