This architect-designed Skaneateles Lake home is nestled within the trees for ultimate privacy. This fabulous getaway is situated on a private and peaceful point where you'll love sitting out on the huge lakefront shale dock to enjoy the endless and amazing 180-degree views of Skaneateles Lake.
Whether it is taking in the breathtaking sunrises over Stag Horn Point, swimming and fishing in the crystal clear lake, or winding down at night around the fire pit, it is the perfect set-up for maximum lake enjoyment. It also includes an area to dock your boat, a shale beach for easy access for the little ones, and a floating swim dock just offshore.
The cottage itself has a huge deck for entertaining while looking out over the lake, an open first-level floor plan, and 3 more levels of bedrooms (3 bedrooms plus 4th bedroom open loft), and 2 full baths. This wonderful getaway sleeps 8-10 comfortably with true 'owner-driven' hospitality.
Conveniently located down a private 15 mph road on the west side of Skaneateles Lake, it is just a modest drive south of the Town of Skaneateles. Its location also affords you the opportunity to explore the beauty of the Finger Lakes and all of its rich amenities within a short car ride away. From hiking the beautiful trails and waterfalls, exploring the wine trail and breweries, shopping, or enjoying a never-ending assortment of restaurants.
