Take a 3 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach with sand bars, warm water and a boat launch.
Take advantage of all the area has to offer. Kayak along the coastline or travel the Shining Seas Bike Path which begins close by in neighborhood (rentals shops for both nearby). One block away from brand new pickle ball courts plus tennis and basketball courts, public library, playground, and ball park.
