The house is light & airy with an open floor plan and large bay windows for multiple water views. Located at the end of a quiet residential street, this tropically landscaped property is gated and privately secured.
The living room area has a large screen smart TV and a dining table adjacent. A large attached second floor porch with an ocean view runs the length of the house for outdoor dining and relaxing. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a granite eating counter. Featuring two Master King bedrooms with en suite baths, a third King bedroom, and a fourth twin bunk over Queen bedroom. There is a large outdoor shower room located downstairs for use after a day of water activities.
There is 80 feet of boat dockage in protected waters with access to the United State's only living coral reef and some of the best sport fishing in the world. Downstairs features a large bar overlooking the ocean, pool table, dart board, refrigerator, deep freezer, BBQ grill. You can kayak, fish, paddle board, swim or snorkel right off of the dock.
Marathon is in the 'heart of the Keys' - 50 miles from Key Largo and 50 from Key West and our home is within walking distance of restaurants, movie theater, live theater, banks, grocery, shopping, bars, etc. We are a couple miles from the famous Seven Mile Bridge. Museums, snorkeling, kayaking, biking, world famous fishing and diving trips are available nearby. One of the most beautiful beaches in the Keys, Sombrero Beach, is a mile and a half away. Or drive down the road to Bahia Honda State park with beaches, fishing and snorkeling. Just bring your shorts, tee shirts and flip flops and the rest is waiting for a spectacular get-a-way vacation.
