Dowses Beach is a 5 minute drive and offers white sand, warm water, and a perfect place to collect shells. It also has a large parking lot, lifeguards and a bath house.
It is a quick 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Osterville Village on Main Street which offers both take-out and fine dining as well as a number of quaint shops to spend an afternoon browsing through.
