Summary: The entire process of staying at this property was so smooth and the property itself was absolutely lovely. Rooms were spacious, lots of items available and everything was great. There was an issue with the heating during our stay, however the host was very responsive and had someone out within 6-12 hours (only as it was overnight) to resolve the issue. We weren’t concerned as we understand these things happen and are part of life at home or on a holiday, but the promptness of finding a resolution was what mattered to us. The only two things I would note, which aren’t necessarily a negative, are that although there is a washing machine and an outdoor clothesline, if it rains during your stay as it did ours, you may need to get creative about where to hang things. Not a deal breaker by any means but just thought worth mentioning. Additionally, at the time of our stay we couldn’t find check out instructions, however again the host I believe was updating this once we left and was very responsive when we checked regarding this. Really great stay overall and would definitely recommend to others to stay here, especially given its proximity to major shops and amenities.
