ABOUT THE ROOM
I have a small room with a double bed, ideally for just one person, because the flat is quite small and I would like my guest to be as comfortable as possible.
There's an open closet, a drawer, a TV, and a fan.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house has all the things you need to spend a lovely holiday, a fridge and kitchen utensils are available for simple meals, however, guests aren't allowed to use the stove, (had bad experiences with previous guests). I live with 3 incredibly friendly cats, so if you aren't a cat person, this is not your place. it's located on the fourth floor without a lift (you'll get your cardio done before getting to your room). The flat is located 8 min from the metro, 2 min from the bus M1, and 12 min from the Badalona train station. You have supermarkets and pharmacies nearby and 12 min away from the Badalona beach, a bit different from Barceloneta or the beaches in Barcelona because it isn't as crowded. You also have the Badalona centre 10 min away, where you'll find amazing restaurants, great little shops, and overall a nice Catalan experience.
ABOUT THE HOST.
I am Sharon, usually very chill and friendly, I like keeping things clean and in order, so I am very careful and thorough about the house maintenance. I am married but my husband lives in Ibiza so usually I am by myself at home. I speak English and Spanish. As an expat I'll try to help you out and get the best experience from your trip. just take care of the space.
