My family welcomes you to come and stay. We are always busy around our home and with our family and friends. I have an amazing job that has allowed me to travel all over the world. I have three amazing kids and a little dog who thinks he is the head of our household. I love to cook, craft, and yardwork, but during the summer you will either find me in my little pool out back or heading to the beach. Our home is located in private residential area with a shared entrance. Tenant will have access to street parking. Bedroom and bathroom are both located on 2nd floor and tenant is responsible for cleaning both during their stay. Cleaning supplies will be provided. There is a $100 cleaning fee. Tenant will have access to kitchen and have designated refrigerator in garage. Tenant has limited access to laundry and will need to provide own laundry products. Tenant will have access to iron and ironing board.
Bedroom is 255 sq ft on second floor and fully furnished.
