The walkout lower level has a full bath with shower, a full bed, a single bed, a table, couch and a large smart tv. Perfect place for the kids to hangout after a fun day at the beach! Mashpee Commons, many beaches and lakes, golf courses, restaurants, the Cotuit Center for the Arts, and the Cotuit Kettleers Baseball fields are all just a short drive away. We offer a fire pit for evening outside fun and corn hole to play in the large flat yard. Sand Shark is a perfect home base to explore all that Cape Cod offers.
