Two decks on the beach level, and the one off one of the two waterfront bedrooms, looks out over the long island sound and Penfield Light House. Enough outdoor seating to accommodate large families or parties, along with a ping pong table right out the back door on the sandy bulkhead. Bedrooms have two queen sized beds, and twin beds in each of the other 3 bedrooms. Work spaces/desks and WIFI provided. Large open concept living/dining/kitchen area with water views constitute the main living space, other than an outdoor covered deck and open sand sitting area. Parking for 5-6 cars.
